REFUND POLICY

At Shakespeare and Co., we take immense pride in crafting our products. Since our products are made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients by real people, occasionally mistakes can happen. Bear in mind that external factors such as variations in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cake to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to ambient conditions.


However, if any fault is found with your order, every effort will be made to make things right. In the event we are unable to rectify your order to your satisfaction, we will consider a full/partial refund (excluding delivery) under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong order was sent
  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival

Once a cake has been received by you or a designated party it is considered “Accepted”. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it has been received and the delivery driver has departed the premises. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or overall design will unfortunately not be honored.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 days for credit card refunds to be reflected in your statement.
